The name Qi̊iē̼kaj Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Qi̊iē̼kaj Se was founded by Muth Llywellen, who was culturaly Tauric.

Qi̊iē̼kaj Se covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1832 m (6010 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Qi̊iē̼kaj Se was founded durring the early 15th century in spring of the year 1421, by Muth Llywellen. The establishment of Qi̊iē̼kaj Se was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Muth Llywellen struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Qi̊iē̼kaj Se as a prison colony.
Qi̊iē̼kaj Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qi̊iē̼kaj Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Qi̊iē̼kaj Se is buildings are arranged arround a single broad flagstone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Qi̊iē̼kaj Se's frontieer-style defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Qi̊iē̼kaj Se has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Qi̊iē̼kaj Se ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up.
Civic Infrastructure
Qi̊iē̼kaj Se has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Qi̊iē̼kaj Se. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Qi̊iē̼kaj Se's parks.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Qi̊iē̼kaj Se's natural decorations nor waterways.
Qi̊iē̼kaj Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes

The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
